The customer’s primary goal was to optimize the verification processes for infrastructure implementation activities managed by external suppliers.
This involved accurately monitoring the kilometers of network completed, quantifying the materials used against estimated metrics, and objectively documenting the progress of the work with verifiable evidence.

The customer faced several critical challenges, including limited information about the location and volumes of network assets, time-consuming and expensive maintenance activities, and a lack of accurate accounting for the economic flows related to the infrastructure elements.
